How I love to create the perfect cosy Autumn vibe to work from home with focus 🍂
I sit in my kitchen which has lots of natural light and it’s usually pretty peaceful (when Georgia is at school).

Georgia has only recently started sleeping in her own bed (most nights 😂), so the usual kids juice bottles, story books and biscuit crumbs have now been replaced with the things I love and make me feel relaxed.
I have a good book, my perfume bottle, a plant and of course a Neom candle. At the moment it’s the happiness scented one and I absolutely love how the scent makes me feel 💛

I have a training day in London tomorrow. I’m excited for it because it’s an amazing new treatment we are bringing into work, but it means a really early start.
I’ll be getting up at 3.30am 😴 so I’m going to be exhausted and probably a bit anxious at that time of the morning. I’m also pre menstrual which makes me feel super stressed 😩
